The Commercial Cleaning Supplies Checklist for Hospitality

A clean venue protects your customers, your staff and your reputation. Use this checklist to make sure you’re never caught short.

Chemicals. Kitchen degreaser and sanitiser, dishwashing liquid, glass cleaner, floor cleaner, and a bathroom/washroom cleaner. Keep a janitorial all-purpose on hand too.

Paper and dispensables. Interleaved and roll paper towel, toilet paper, facial tissues and heavy-duty wipes — these run out fastest, so order in bulk.

Floor care. Mops (cotton, contractor or microfibre) with handles and buckets, brooms (plastic or timber backed), floor squeegees and dustpan sets.

Waste. Bin liners and garbage bags in the sizes that fit your bins, plus rubbish bins themselves.

Hands and safety. Disposable gloves (nitrile or vinyl), skin care, and caution or wet-floor signs.

Sundries. Sponges, scourers and spray bottles for decanting.
